Yes, we can pack, repack, and consolidate your shipment or returns at your request at no cost.
If you are using our U.S. address (Box Forwarding Service), you can order from several different shopping websites at the same time, and we will consolidate your parcels together upon request.

For retailers that accept Canadian credit cards, you pay
for your package online and pay the taxes, duties, and
Reach forwarding fee upon pickup.
If you are shipping direct to your address, you will be
invoiced prior to shipping.
If you are using our Personal Shopping service, you will
be invoiced prior to purchase and can either pick up
your package (and pay fees in person) or directly ship
your packages to you (pay fees through invoice).
We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and other compatible tap payment methods. We are currently not accepting cash.

Our shipping rates only include handling and shipping. In case of Duty & Taxes, we can pay on your behalf, and we will ask you to pay us back once we hand over the parcel to you.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) collects duties
and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the Government
of Canada.
Orders under $40 CAD are duty and tax free and under $150 CAD are duty free. Please use the official CBSA calculator to get an estimate.
Duty rates are established by the government and vary based on trade agreement.

Option 1: If the U.S. merchant offers a free return label from Canada, we'll return your items for free.
Option 2: If they offer a free return label from the U.S. only, we can send your package back to our U.S. address ($11.99) and then ship it back to your U.S. merchant's return address.
Option 3: If the U.S. merchant does not offer free returns, the cost will be according to our discounted shipping fees (depending on the return location of your U.S. merchant).
